Mikal Celentano

  • 20+ years Luggage and Travel Accessories specialist: Brand Management, Product Management, Marketing and International Marketing, and e-commerce with Tumi Luggage.  

  • Head of International Marketing at Tumi, responsible for creation of new products, consumer research, brand positioning, market segmentation, establishing Tumi as leading travel brand in key EU and Asian markets.

  • Managed the relaunch of Tumi e-commerce platform,  successfully outperforming program goals and  prior online performance levels.

  • Brand Manager – Kipling Americas: leveraged Tumi distribution strengths, reduced  SKU’s,  directed  $1 million marketing budget, creating catalogs sell through programs, co-op,  and POS and visual merchandising which established Kipling as the go to casual bag brand in specialty luggage retail.
